Why is this information collected?
My newsletter sign up requires the name and email of each list member so that I am able to personally send messages about my books, upcoming events, workshops, and anything related to my brand. The birthday information is optional, but if you do provide the information, you receive a special birthday email directly from me.
By voluntarily submitting your information to either of these forms, you are consenting to the usage of your data in this specified manner and are confirming that you are at least 13 years old and capable of making responsible online decisions as it pertains to najyawilliams.com. If you are under the age of 13, please seek the consent of a parent/guardian.
Who do I share this information with?
I, Najya A. Williams, and MailChimp are the only people who have access to your newsletter sign up information. If you would like to review their privacy policy, please visit their website. I, Najya A. Williams, am the only person who has access to your contact form submissions.
How will I be notified of changes?
